The Red Beet Serves Alaskan FLOSS Cuisine (Fresh, Local, Organic,Seasonal & Sustainable)

Food at The Red Beet is bold and Alaskan, intelligent food that is both fabulous to eat and fun to present.

Meals are prepared exclusively from fresh resources; Alaskan produce and wild Alaskan harvest, augmented by fresh organic produce from around the globe. Our fare celebrates diversity. It is our goal to provide a wide palate of fresh foods, including pesticide free, herbicide free and organic foods whenever possible.


Bakery
Wednesday - Saturday
9am to 3pm
Our Bakery/Deli Offers fresh daily breads, rustic cookies, pastries, cakes, fresh salad dressings, and featured grab & go items from the deli case.

We also offer daily GLUTEN FREE breads, cookies and cakes! We are the primier stop for Gluten Free baking in Alaska, so if gluten is your enemy, The Red Beet Bakery if for you!

Lunch Service
Wednesday - Saturday
11am to 3pm
We are pleased to present daily Prix Fixe, carte du jour menus with combinations
and flavors created to thrill as well as tantalize your taste buds.

Friday Night Dinner
6pm to 10pm
World Class diners await you at our primier Friday Night Diner service. Our unique, fresh cuisine makes us a true foodie destination.

Sunday Roast
12:30pm to 3pm
Sunday Roast at The Red Beet is a customer favorite. Whether it is with family or friends, you will be delighted at this old-world style Sunday Feast featuring our stone oven roasted meats and vegetables.

Private Dining
Private Dining at The Chef’s Table is available on Saturday evenings. This unique experience puts you in the heart of our French country kitchen where you can watch our Chef prepare you menu from the freshest available resources of the day. Our private Wine Steward will suggest wines paired to your courses. The Ultimate in fine dining experiences!

The Red Beet is located in the original Trading post for the Palmer Colony Project. The building, originally constructed in 1935, is now fully restored. It is a wonderful slice of American and Alaskan History and The Red Beet is proud to call it home.
