Laughter is a company that promotes fun through living, loving, and learning. Having been born and raised in Alaska, we value living life to it's fullest, and making the most of our long summer days and long winter nights.
The name of the company comes from distinctive laugh of owner Marne Lastufka. Over the years, she has been told innumerable times that her laugh brightens people's days and in return makes them smile. Our goal with "laughter" is to continue to pass on good feelings.
We offer comfortable clothing that is made in the United States, by American Apparel, a company which uses a vertically integrated business model which minimizes the use of sub-contractors and offshore labor. Knitting, dyeing, sewing, photography, marketing distribution and design all happen in Los Angles facilities.
In addition to using "locally" made clothing items, we go the extra mile to have our goods printed locally, here in Anchorage, Alaska. We think that working with other small businesses contributes to the betterment of our community.
We use organic, sustainable cotton when available, so you can feel good about what you are wearing, look good in it, and spread a great message!
