I tend to work deep, but contrary to what many people think, deep does not mean "painful".
It means to go deeper than skin-deep to actually work/effect the muscles involved in your discomfort.

We also integrate Neuromascular therapy,a modality that addresses the points of origin and insertion of a the muscles, and brings lasting relief.

Then there is trigger point work, hand/foot/scalp massage, also abdominal massage, if desired.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is available separately as a stand-alone massage.
